CosMedia Online Store warrants that your projector is free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of 1 years from the date of purchase (“Warranty Period”). This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

2. What is Covered

This warranty covers:

  • Repair or replacement of defective parts due to manufacturing faults.
  • Labor costs associated with repairing the projector during the Warranty Period.

3. What is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, or accidents.
  • Damage resulting from unauthorized repairs or modifications.
  • Normal wear and tear, including but not limited to lamp or filter replacement.
  • Damage caused by improper installation, operation, or maintenance.
  • Damage caused by external factors such as power surges, extreme temperatures, or environmental conditions.
  • Consumable parts (e.g., lamps, batteries, filters) unless they are defective upon purchase.
  • Projectors purchased from unauthorized dealers or resellers.

4. Warranty Claims

To make a warranty claim, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer support team at sales@cosmedia.shop to report the issue and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  2. Provide Proof of Purchase: Submit a copy of your original sales receipt or invoice.
  3. Ship the Product: If required, ship the defective projector to our service center at the address provided. Please include the RMA number on the packaging.
  4. Evaluation: Our team will evaluate the product to determine if the issue is covered under warranty.
  5. Repair or Replacement: If the issue is covered, we will repair or replace the projector at no cost to you. If the issue is not covered, we will provide a quote for repair costs.

5. Shipping Costs

  • Within Warranty Period: CosMedia Online Store will cover the cost of shipping the repaired or replacement projector back to you. However, you are responsible for shipping the defective projector to our service center.
  • Out of Warranty: All shipping costs for repairs or replacements are the responsibility of the customer.

6. Warranty Exclusions

This warranty is void if:

  • The projector’s serial number has been altered, removed, or defaced.
  • The projector has been used in a manner inconsistent with the product’s intended purpose.
  • The projector has been damaged due to improper packaging during return shipping.
